Also known as Lung Ching, this is China’s most famous green tea. Leaves are pan-fired in a wok and gently pressed to the sides as they dry imparting its flat shape. This tea brews a mild and sweet cup, with hints of chestnut and a lingering finish.

Steeping Suggestion: 1 teaspoon per cup, 180-185°F, 2 to 3 minutes. To enjoy a second steep, increase time.
